Delivery Charges

If we need to send you more than one package, you only pay once per order.
Postage and packaging costs apply as follows:

We can deliver to your home address or any other address you specify e.g. your office or a neighbour who is at home during the day. You will normally receive your goods showing ‘in stock’ within 10 working days, but usually quicker

Security

We recognise the importance of security when ordering online. Our payments are processed securely using PayPal. This encrypts all your personal information and credit card details into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet.

Payment process

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and Maestro, and take payment when you place your order.

Returns Policy

Our aim is total customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us immediately. We will refund or exchange any item providing it is unworn, in its original condition and packaging and is in a re-sellable condition. Returns of non faulty items are at your cost. Please remember to obtain proof of postage from your post office, since we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

The address to send your goods to will be on the receipt or returns form  with your original delivery. It can also be found on your individual school homepage where you started the ordering process.
